Andaz Wailea. This will be the first Andaz Hotel, by Hyatt, in Hawaii, and the first resort hotel with the
"Andaz" brand, which means "style" in Hindi. Located in Wailea, Maui, the project includes a renovated
hotel and new condominiums next to Maui's south shore. Project is under construction.
Ala Moana Tower. A 23 story luxury condominium tower is being planned atop the Ala Moana Center
Nordstrom's parking structure. Project is a joint venture of The Kobayashi Group, The MacNaughton
Group, and The Howard Hughes Corporation, at Kapiolani Boulevard in Honolulu, Hawaii.
UH Manoa, Kuykendall Hall. This project is planned to be a complete renovation of the four story
classroom building and 7 story faculty tower at University of Hawaii Manoa. The project is unique in that
it is to a naturally ventilated building with ability to operate in the tropical climate of Hawaii.
