Waikiki. This restaurant/bar includes the largest selection of vintage rums in the United States, with over 101 signature
rums, some are exclusive to Hawaii. This is just one part of the $55 million renovation Kyo-ya Co., Ltd., owner of the
Sheraton Waikiki, is undergoing in Waikiki. Rum Fire is located on the main level of the hotel at the former location of
the Esprit Lounge. Notkin Hawaii Inc. provided mechanical design services for plumbing systems, grease exhaust
systems, grease interceptor systems, and spot cooling systems.
