Trump International Hotel and Tower a
38-story luxury hotel and residential
development, valued at $400 million
dollars. This project includes 464
residential and hotel suites. Units range
from 500 square feet to 3,000 square
feet. Trump Tower, with a five-star
rating, will be part of the Waikiki Beach
Walk redevelopment.
Notkin Hawaii Inc. is providing the
mechanical design for HVAC, plumbing,
and fire sprinkler systems for this
project. We are collaborating with
locally based Benjamin Woo Architects
and New York based Guerin Glass
Architects. The project is being
developed by Donald Trump, in
partnership with Los Angeles based
Irongate. Completion for construction is
set for 2009.
